Overview
ECM Leadership Direct contains resources that support leaders to freely explore the implications of ECM and to develop effective strategies by which the principles of ECM can be integrated within whole school planning and improvement frameworks. Communities that are rich in intellectual and social capital will tend to create schools that are also rich in both these areas – the process of developing this will be mutually reinforcing.
